1、 Free warranty and service

In order to safeguard the rights and interests of consumers and strictly comply with the national “three guarantees” regulations, a comprehensive quality assurance service regulation has been introduced.

  1. The product enjoys a one-year free maintenance warranty service; The starting date of the warranty period shall be based on the date indicated on the valid proof of purchase of the product. For products without valid proof, the warranty period shall be extended by one month based on the date of distributor and wholesaler. Valid vouchers refer to formal invoices or valid quality assurance certificates. A legitimate invoice refers to an invoice stamped by a distributor and printed by a national tax authority.
  2. The product is entitled to a warranty service of replacing the host if the same fault is repaired more than 3 times within 3 months; When replacing the product, all accessories must be complete, otherwise only repair services will be provided. After product replacement, the warranty period will still be calculated based on the original product’s warranty period; If the return date of the warranty product is less than three months after the end of the free warranty period, the product after warranty will enjoy a three-month free warranty period from the date of return.
  3. If there are quality problems with the accessories attached to the product during the free warranty period, the company will replace them free of charge within 2 working days after receiving the accessories returned by the customer.
  4. After purchasing the product, please register the product in a timely manner.
  5. If users encounter technical or product related problems during the use of the product, they can contact the company’s technical personnel through phone, email, website video center, technical data center, and other means to obtain solutions.

2、 Paid warranty and service

The following situations provide paid services for the product:

  1. The product has exceeded the free warranty period;
  2. Unauthorized disassembly;
  3. Product damage caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, fires, or improper use;
  4. Human damage.

3、 Declaration

  1. The company shall not be liable for any disputes arising from the use of this product;
  2. The company shall not be responsible for any dealer’s commitments beyond the scope of this regulation;
  3. The interpretation of this regulation belongs to the company, and the company has the right to change the content of this regulation, which shall be implemented from today. This regulation will be automatically invalidated from the date of publication of the new warranty service regulations.
